Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and work motivation on the performance of PT ABC's permanent palm oil employees. The population in this study were all Palm Harvesting Employees at PT ABC, totaling 113 people. Based on these calculations, the number of samples taken in this study were all employees of oil palm harvesters at PT ABC as many as 113 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that organizational climate and work motivation have an effect on the performance of harvesting employees at PT ABC. The contribution between organizational climate and work motivation on employee performance is 93.3%.
