Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether emotional intelligence, work discipline and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Unilever Indonesia Batam Branch. The data analysis technique used is an associative method with the help of the SPSS program version 16.0. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. Primary data collection using questionnaires. The results showed that emotional intelligence partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Unilever Indonesia Batam Branch. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Unilever Indonesia Batam Branch. Organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Unilever Indonesia Batam Branch. Emotional intelligence, work discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Unilever Indonesia Batam Branch.
