The Effect Of Self-Control And Cyberloafing Behavior On The Performance Of Mobile Promoters In Madiun City
Abstract
This research aims in this research is to prove it empirical about the effect of self-control and cyberloafing behavior on madiun city mobile phone promoter performance. This research is research quantitatively with a total sample of 176 people. Retrieval method sample that is using a saturated sample. Data collection using questionnaire with dissemination via google form. Data analysis technique using a test tool in the form of SmartPLS3.0 software. The results of this study are self-control has a significant effect on the performance of mobile phone promoters in the city of Madiun, and cyberloafing behavior is not has a significant effect on the performance of mobile phone promoters in the city of Madiun.
